Naming Your Thoughts

This is a mindfulness meditation to help beginners focus the mind by using a specific technique called "Name Your Thoughts".

In this technique you'll call out your thoughts as simply as you can be saying: "Thinking, thinking, thinking." or "Worrying, past thought, anxious thought, etc"

​

Through this technique you can become less attached to your thoughts; less caught up in the stories.
